Did you know that over 80 percent of emergency calls in Shoreline are medical emergencies or trauma?

If you have a medical emergency or injury, you can assist us in treating you by keeping good information on hand about your medical history and medications.  Often on medical calls, the patients are too stressed to remember all of their medicines – or when they had surgeries and hospitalizations.  But that is VERY important information for us to have in order to provide proper care. 

So, we’ve created a Universal Medication Form for you.  Fill this out and keep it somewhere easy to access. You should also carry a copy in your wallet.   Then, if you have a medical emergency – you’ll have the process started before we get there!
